| REACH Beyond, LLC believes that each student is a rich tapestry of strengths, challenges and personal characteristics and that he or she could benefit from feeling more integrated as an individual and connected to others in their various communities. We believe our academic coaching services empower and inspire students to reach their full potential.
Through the process of self-discovery and action based coaching students will
- Identify their personal strengths and areas needing support
- Assess themselves in Academic, Wellness and/or Principles and Character areas
- Recognize their connection to others and integration within themselves
- Create a blueprint for change that moves them towards actively identifying and pursuing their personal goals
- Learn and develop self-care practices that promote positive well-being and self-reliance
How does it work?
Academic, Wellness and Resiliency Coaching begins with a one hour initial consultation with parents which can include a review of any school records and assessments that have already been done. During this consultation, parents and coach will determine the focus of the coaching program (Academic, Wellness or Resiliency focused)
The initial consult is followed by 6 one on one student coaching sessions which last for one hour, once or twice a week.
At the completion of the 6 coaching sessions, parents and coach then meet again for a follow up to review progress and determine the next steps.
Fees
Initial Consultation: $115
Hourly Coaching Fee: $ 45 /hr (60 minute hour)
The initial package: parent consult, 6 individual coaching sessions and parent follow up are bundled fees which are payable when you begin work with REACH Beyond, LLC.
After the initial package is completed, continuing students will switch to a monthly payment schedule.
Who can benefit?
REACH Beyond, LLC offers coaching and support services to children ages 10 – 18. Students come from private, public, home-schooled and special education schools and they live in a variety of family settings.
Teenage students may have poor grades, or they may have great grades, but unrealistic levels of stress, effort, expectations or responsibilities. Changing schools, increased peer pressure, adding more extracurricular activities, and changes in family relationships can also affect students and their ability to perform academically.
Some students have identified learning difficulties (ex: ADHD, LD) others may be on medication and most students just have a diverse range of learning styles.
